Any citizen of the United States or legal resident eighteen years of age or over may become a provisional member of this organization after subscribing to the MSA Membership pledge and payment of the usual fees and dues. Provisional members enjoy the same range privileges as regular members, and become regular members upon approval by the MSA Board of Directors (usually at the next BOD meeting).
